STEP 1:
Let's connect and discuss your travel dreams. Most adventures start with a 15-30 minute phone consultation. This allows me to listen, ask questions, offer advice and provide expert guidance as we start crafting your perfect travel experience. I'll work closely with you to understand your interests, preferences, and budget, and then create a personalized itinerary that reflects your unique style and needs.
PERFECT YOUR PROPOSAL
STEP 2:
After our consultation I'll create a detailed proposal with a variety of options for you to choose from. I intentionally don't offer instant quotes because I want to spend some time researching the best options for you. After you receive your quote, let me know if it sounds like the dream vacation you've been imagining. If you want more options or need something tweaked I’ll adjust your proposal until it’s right.

STEP 3:
Once you sign off on your proposal, I’ll get you booked and ensure you can make your payment easily and securely. Leading up to departure, we’ll round out your stay by coordinating transfers and special excursions, if desired. Leave the long hold times to me so you can go about your day without stressing over the details.

STEP 4:
After you make your final payment, prepare for a stress-free escape. I’ll send over important pre-travel information and documents so you’re fully prepared. Your detailed travel itinerary can even be accessed from an app. If you need assistance while you travel, just reach out. I'm here to support you for the duration of your trip.
